The Region 2 Chromophobia DVD is set to go on sale in France on January 4, 2007! Alapage.com has a listing for it though it doesn’t appear to be available for pre-order yet. According to CineHome.com it will have English and French tracks. It will be available for rent in France on November 23.

  • According to an article in Variety, Chromophobia has found a Spanish distributor. No release date is noted. (FYI: Keane will also be released in Spain.)

  • Damian Lewis will serve on the jury for the ninth annual British Independent Film Awards (BIFAs) to be held on Nov. 29. Helen McCrory will also be on the jury. ( Note: I incorrectly stated she’d been nominated when I first posted this! )
  • According to illona the release date for Chromophobia in Isreal has been moved from Oct. 26 to Dec. 28.
  • TNT has a page with a small gallery for Dreamcatcher. Thanks to Ann for the headsup.

  • Normal for Norfolk, a short film Damian produced and Gareth wrote and directed, will be screening at the Cardiff Film Festival on November 15. Click here on the festival’s Normal for Norfolk page for more information. Damian doesn’t appear in it but Helen McCrory has a small role. Tickets are on sale now. Thanks to Ann and Kathie for the tip!
