  • Special screening of The Situation starring Damian Lewis in Carlisle, Pennsylvania on March 24th. The Clarke Forum for Contemporary Issues at Dickinson College and the Carlisle Theatre are co-sponsoring the event.

    The screening will include a panel discussion with director Philip Haas, Maj. Gen. Robert Scales, former commandant of the U.S. Army War College, and Col. Lawrence B. Wilkerson, former chief of staff under former Secretary of State Colin Powell — and Steven Clemons, director of the American Strategy Program at the New America Foundation.

  • According to Shadow Distribution the Region 1 (US/Canada) DVD for The Situation is scheduled for release on July 31st.
  • Helen McCrory’s new film Becoming Jane (Mrs. Radcliffe) was theatrically released in the UK today. Also the Region 2 (UK, EU, MidEast, Egypt, SoAfrica, and Japan) DVD for her award-winning film The Queen (Cherie Blair) will be released on March 12th.
