Individuals living in EU countries can order the Hungarian region 2 DVD for The Baker (produced by and starring Damian Lewis) from Netpiac. The DVD offers both original English and Hungarian-dubbed versions and the cost is 25.37 euros for the DVD and shipping.
Netpiac also offers a region 2 DVD for The Situation starring Damian Lewis. Contact Selene with information or advice regarding the DVDs or the ordering process.

According to the UK Film Distributors site Chromophobia will be released in UK cinemas on December 14th and The Escapist has a UK cinematic release date of April 11th, and Helen McCrory’s film with Danial Craig titled Flashbacks of a Fool will be released on March 14th!

Life update:

» NBC.com has added a new video clip for episode 7 (A Civil War); the program will be shown in the US on November 7th.

» Episodes 10 and 11 will be a two-part program titled Dig a Hole and Fill It Up; part 1 will be televised in the US on December 5th.

It’s a boy! Miss Manon Lewis has a new baby brother named Gulliver!

A son was born to Damian Lewis and Helen McCrory on November 2nd! Both Mom and baby are doing fine; click here to read Damian’s message to the fans that was kindly forwarded by his associate Melissa. Congratulations to the Lewis family – we wish you joy!

Notices have been received from Amazon.co.uk that orders for the recent DVD releases of Hearts and Bones starring Damian Lewis and
Frankenstein starring Helen McCrory have been shipped; US residents can expect delivery around November 12th.

Thanks to Mick for the news that BBC Radio 4 is currently offering listeners the opportunity to hear Frederick Raphael’s play Fame and Fortune online. The play is a sequel to The Glittering Prizes that featured Damian Lewis in an earlier broadcast.

Damian Lewis and Sarah Shahi are featured during the final 15 minutes of The Hottest New Faces on TV special that is currently playing in the US on the TV Guide Channel; thanks to Ann for the head’s up!

RUNAWAY TEEN IS FOUND DEAD CLUTCHING HER GUITAR — When a runaway girl is found dead underneath a freeway overpass, Detective Charlie Crews (Damian Lewis) and Danni Reese (Sarah Shahi) are struck by the death scene. The girl is discovered sitting upright, clutching a guitar with her throat slit. Crews and Reese are able to figure out the girl used to play her guitar outside a grocery store nearby. After interviewing one of the grocery store employees, along with his son, they become highly suspicious of their behavior. Just when they think they are close to capturing the killer, they realize they’ve stumbled upon another significant crime — a kidnapping from 12 years earlier. Meanwhile, Crews decides to take action towards the murder investigation mounting against him. Robin Weigert and Adam Arkin also star.
