An article in today’s edition of the Daily Mail included this image of Damian Lewis’s character Yassen Gregorovich suspended from a helicopter.   • A member at the AH forum got to see an advanced screening of Stormbreaker and when asked how much screen time Damian gets said that he was in it “in the beginning and then about halfway through it for the rest of it.” Of course, this was a rought cut of the movie and things can still change! There are interesting comments by producer Justin Williams who reveals that “they’ve already turned down advanced UK distribution deals, saving the finished product for more lucrative mainstream offers” and describes the film as “very commercial.” I like the sound of that!

    • Caution, the festival’s web site is experiencing technical problems and may lock up your computer! Selene and Ann provided information about the Keane screenings at the Festival Nouveau Cinema Film Festival in Montreal which runs from October 13th to the 23rd. Keane will screen on October 15th and 16th. The film will screen in the International Competition for the Louve d’Or. Tickets will go on sale on October 8th.
