  • Site update: a new Project Preview page has been added for My Cousin Rachel (featuring Damian Lewis as Ambrose) which will air this Sunday on BBC Radio 4; part II will broadcast the following Sunday, May 13th.   • Wonderful news! Damian Lewis and Helen McCrory are expecting a second child!

    Damian’s associate Melissa has just sent this message:

    “Damian wanted you all to be the first to know that he and Helen are expecting their second child! They just had the twelve week scan and everything is fine. They are both thrilled. Please pass on the good
    news…”

  • A variety of names have been reported for the police officer portrayed by Damian Lewis in Life but Damian’s associate Melissa has confirmed that his character is named “Charlie Crews”.

  • Jo-anne discovered that Gareth Lewis’s wickedly clever short film Normal For Norfolk (produced by Damian Lewis and Adrian Sturges and featuring Helen McCrory) is currently available for viewing on MySpace. If the film is selected as one of 3 candidates for the MyMovie MashUp competition, Gareth could win £1million to create a feature film to be released in 2008!   • This What’s On Stage article includes a photo Helen McCrory attending the opening night of Kiss of the Spider Woman at the Donmar Warehouse on April 25th. The play stars Will Keen who co-starred with Damian and Helen in Five Gold Rings.
  • Jen updated us about upcoming broadcasts of Damian Lewis’s work on Australian television: The Forsyte Saga Series 2 will begin airing on ABC starting May 6th, Keane can be seen on World Movies on June 4th and 5th, and An Unfinished Life will be televised on Movie One throughout the month of May.
