WHILE she was pregnant, Welsh actress Helen McCrory joked she’d rather be skinny and drunk than fat and sober on her wedding day.

And, true to her word, the Cardiff thesp has shed all her pregnancy weight just 10 weeks after the birth of her and fianc Damian Lewis’ baby Manon.

While there’s still a few months to go until her Welsh wedding, Helen has just moved house – and, apparently, that’s the best way to lose the pounds. A friend of The Queen actress said: “Helen and Damian moved house after she had the baby and running up and down stairs and unpacking boxes has proved the best diet of all.”

Helen and The Forsyte Saga actor bought their new five-bedroom home in Tufnell Park, North London, from gobby Radio One DJ Sara Cox.
