Damian has already begun filming on his new television project Day 1s, a major drama series about British football. Legendary striker and ex-Manchester United ace Cristiano Ronaldo will executive produce and star in the series, while his former Arsenal rival Thierry Henry will also feature.
The series will tell the fictional tale of a high-profile football agent named Stanley Dalton, played by Damian. First day filming location was set at the football grounds of Barnet FC in North West London.
The series is based on a concept devised by another of the show’s executive producers, real-life agent Darren Dein, who represents Thierry Henry.
The show will be made by the new UR•Marv Studios, which Ronaldo runs with top director Matthew Vaughn, and will also star British rapper Santan Dave (David Orobosa Omoregie) and newcomer Carlotta Banat.
