Damian and David Haig discuss working on the film Pressure and what it was like to work with Brendan Fraser.
Damian and David Haig sat down with Screen Off Script’s Chamatkar Sandhu to discuss Pressure — the gripping new war drama about the extraordinary decisions, disagreements and uncertainty behind the planning of D-Day.
Damian talked about bringing these real-life figures to the screen and playing Bernard Montgomery. They also discussed working with director Anthony Maras and what makes this story so compelling more than 80 years later.
Based on David Haig’s acclaimed 2014 stage play, Pressure stars Andrew Scott, Brendan Fraser, Kerry Condon, Chris Messina, Damian Lewis and Con O’Neill.
Pressure will be released in UK cinemas on September 9, 2026.
