Are the rumours about Masters Of The Air (Band Of Brothers third sequel) true? Can we expect the third season any time soon? Well, come along, let’s try and figure out what the scenario is like!
Masters Of The Air: When’s it Releasing?
Rumours about Masters Of The Air have been in the air for several years now. However, the production team or the makers of the show haven’t come up with any official announcements or updates as to when the show is going to hit the screens. It is for sure that it will premiere on Apple TV+. But when we do not know. The director asserted in an interview that the show has been in development for many years now. Due to one reason or another, it could not happen. Even as of now, no official affirmation has been provided. Considering how awesome the first two parts of the series were, the third sequel is much awaited! The makers have confirmed that there will be a renewal. So, it’s for certain that Masters Of The Air is happening! Apple TV+ revealed that its filming and production began in March 2021 (with a production cost of around $200 million). If we were to anticipate the release date of Masters Of The Air, it would be either by the end of 2022 or later in 2023. Given the Covid situation, the postponement is inevitable.

Masters Of The Air: Plot details?
Masters of The Air is the third sequel of the Band of Brothers series, starring Tom Hanks, Jimmy Fallon, Tom Hardy, and other potential faces. The series is about what happens in war. It begins with the United States Military invasion of Normandy, during World War 2 (that occurred in 1998). It, basically, revolves around eight American soldiers, who are in charge of tracking down a member of the 101st Airborne Division (Private First Class James Francis Ryan).
The narrative focuses particularly on members of Easy Company, established within the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment. As for Masters Of The Air, the narrative will focus on one of the longest military campaigns (described as a “war within a war”) that took place in World War 2. It will primarily centre around the “bomber boys” of the Eighth American Air Force – and their battles against the Nazis [per Simon and Schuster]. However, no official confirmation has been made by the show developers or the production team regarding the plot of Masters Of The Air.
Masters Of The Air: Writers, Directors & Producers?
The executive producers for the third installment of the Band of Brothers sequel will be Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg. The third season will be directed by Cary Joji Fukunga. The series is written and illustrated by Erik Jendresen, Tom Hanks, John Orloff, E. Max Frye, Graham Yost, Bruce C. McKenna and Erik Bork.
Masters Of The Air: Is there an Official Trailer?
As the release date has already been announced (by the end of 2022 or 2023), we can anticipate the promotional teaser or trailer to be released 2-3 months after the official release date.
