Damian Lewis Nominated for BAFTA for Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light

Damian has been nominated for a British Academy Film and Television Arts Award (BAFTA) for his role as King Henry VIII in the BBC/PBS Masterpiece television mini-series Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light.

Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light also received a BAFTA nomination for Best Drama Series. Other dramas nominated were Blue Lights, Sherwood and Supacell.

Peter Kosminsky was also nominated for Director: Fiction.

The 71st annual BAFTA TV Awards will be held on Sunday, May 11, 2025 at London’s Royal Festival Hall (and also airing on BBC One and the BBC iPlayer), hosted by Alan Cumming.
