The couple cuddled up to each other on their arrival to the star-studded bash held in London’s Kensington Gardens.

Kicking off this summer’s Masterclass program, Damian taught a free masterclass today, Tuesday, June 6, 2017, for young actors aged 16–30 as part of the in-house education charity of the Theatre Royale Haymarket. He provided an onstage workshop with members and as usual, there was an opportunity for questions. Participants took to social media attesting to what they had learned and described the event as “enlightening, brilliant and inspiring from start to finish.” It seemed Damian took inspiration from Kenneth Tynan, a feared critic and nabob of the National Theatre alongside Laurence Olivier, by sharing his infamous quote with the young actors, telling them to,
“Rouse tempers, goad and lacerate, raise whirlwinds!”
Supporting and nurturing young people through theatre is, and always will be, at the heart of Masterclass. For the past 20 years Theatre Royal Haymarket has been dedicated to opening up its beautiful and historic building as a resource for young people so they can gain hands-on experiences through theatre.

Damian Lewis cosies up to glamorous wife Helen McCrory as they toast the opening night of The Goat or Who is Sylvia? on Wednesday.
His new role is a controversial one, with The Goat or Who is Sylvia? a renowned yet divisive play.
But Damian Lewis looked in great spirits after the press night of the new production as he attended the afterparty with wife Helen McCrory.
Beaming broadly, despite the mixed reception, the actor, 46, was suprisingly chirpy at the Villandry, the comfortable and casual grand cafe serving flavourful dishes with a Mediterranean influence.
Looking dapper for the afterparty, the Homeland star donned a fitted blue suit that he teamed with an open collar white shirt.
Meanwhile, Helen looked sensational in a floor length black gown with a sheer overlay that was embroidered with floral detailing.

Damian Lewis led a host of A-listers in stepping out for a very special event on Wednesday night – the launch of the new Range Rover Velar.
The Homeland actor was joined by the Queen’s granddaughter Zara Tindall, model Poppy Delevingne, model David Gandy, comedian Jimmy Carr, actor Rob Brydon, presenter Natalie Pinkham and other stars at the swish affair at the London Design Museum.
Damian said of the car: “It’s got a lower profile which makes it look like it’s got a longer nose, in the tradition of the classical sports car, but it’s still then got that nice Range Rover shape. And that class that it’s in, Range Rover stands alone. It doesn’t feel like the other SUVs, it has always felt like a Range Rover. They’re iconic, they’re in their own class.”

The Vogue editor-in-chief was among the high net worth guests who turned out to toast the Wall Street-themed drama’s Feb. 19 return on Showtime. Knicks coach Phil Jackson and New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft also made the rounds at the screening and party, appropriately held at the venue across the street from Wall Street’s iconic charging bull sculpture.
Showtime CEO David Nevins gave a shout-out to co-creators and showrunners Brian Koppelman and David Levien for their deft touch in delivering the “Billions” mix of sudsy drama and heady commentary on the 1% and their discontents. The show’s already large ensemble cast — anchored by Lewis, Paul Giamatti, Maggie Siff and Malin Akerman — has been enhanced this year with such notable additions as Eric Bogosian, Christopher Denham, James Wolk and Asia Kate Dillon. It took Koppelman and Levien a few minutes to call out all of the actors assembled for the screening — and to give a little good-natured ribbing to Giamatti for missing the event.

Billions, the Showtime series about a billionaire hedge-funder and a hard-charging U.S. Attorney, held its second season premiere in a perfectly apt venue—the ornate Cipriani in the Financial District, opposite the famous bull statue.
At the splashy premiere, where guests supped on Billions-inspired elit Vodka cocktails, Damian Lewis (who was slightly late because he was stuck in traffic after an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers) joined Anna Wintour, Eric Bogosian, Carla Gugino, Robert Kraft, Danny Strong, Jerry O’Connell, Maggie Siff and Malin Akerman.
Malin Akerman admitted that getting to play a billionaire’s wife has one delicious perk.“It’s quite exciting to wear these beautiful clothes,” she explained. “I’m a shoe and purse person, so they come in with these beautiful shoes and bags and we get to borrow them, so I feel pretty fabulous.”
Akerman said her favorite item so far has been a pair of blue suede Balenciaga boots.And as for personal purchases, The Heartbreak Kid actress explained that since she became a mom four years ago to son Sebastian, she doesn’t splurge on pricey items like she used to.
“I did buy a pair of Yves Saint Laurent little boots with fringe because they’re switching designers and I just felt like I wanted to invest in something that I’ll wear a lot,” she confessed. “They’re very expensive and there was a bit of guilty feelings as a mom, but I thought, you know what? I work hard, so every now and then I can give myself something.”

Damian attended the Billions Season Two Premiere party on February 13, 2017 at New York’s Cipriani’s. The event was hosted by elit Vodka® and came complete with a signature cocktail menu that could wet any billionaire’s appetite!
elit® created a namesake drink called “The Bobby” which was aptly named after the character Bobby Axelrod, whom Damian plays on Showtime’s Billions.
“The Bobby” is three parts white truffle infused elit Vokda® and a dash of dry vermouth, served in a frozen martini glass with a truffle cheese-stuffed olive for garnish. Yes please!
Other signature cocktails on the menu were the Liquid Asset, The Acquisition, The Merger, The Takeover and Blood in the Water.

The concert raised awareness for the work of the Rainforest Fund, which provides support to communities of indigenous peoples. The RFUND and its partners are determined to protect indigenous and traditional peoples’ livelihoods throughout the world’s rain forests, including Brazil and other countries. The event was hosted by Sting and Trudie Styler in the Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage of Carnegie Hall, NY on Wednesday, December 14, 2016. The line up included Bruce Springsteen, Chris Botti, Darlene Love, Idina Menzel, James Taylor, Ronnie Spector, Vittorio Grigolo and more. The celebration continued at the after-party at the Essex House New York, with a beautiful silent auction for those last minute holiday gifts.

Damian attended the 9th annual Museum of Modern Art film benefit for Tom Hanks on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. Other guests included, Kate Capshaw and Steven Spielberg, Anna and Graydon Carter, Clint Eastwood, David Geffen, Ron Howard, Karl Lagerfeld and Julianne Moore. The event, presented by CHANEL, honored Mr. Hanks as a steadfast screen presence of more than 30 years, from the early days of his career to his greatest accomplishments.
Both Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg were instrumental in Damian’s early career, casting him as Dick Winters in the famed HBO miniseries Band of Brothers.
All proceeds of the event benefited the Department of Film, MOMA.
